1. Is your website reliable?
Answer: Yes, we are a global company. Our business focus is on tactical clothing and outdoor sports. If you would like to find out more about us, click on "About Us".
2. Which payment methods does your website support?
Answer: We currently support PayPal and Worldpay, bank transfers, cash on delivery and are temporarily unsupported. The Klarna and Afterpay payment channels are in preparation. We will notify you when they have started successfully.
3. Size suggestions:
Answer: Since our products are made according to Asian sizes, there will be some deviations. We encourage you to buy two more sizes when choosing short sleeves, tops, pants and other categories (for example, if you want size M, we recommend you buy size L) to avoid unnecessary size problems.
4. How is the quality of your products:
Answer: The quality of our products is guaranteed. However, due to the different lighting and display of the photos, the products you will receive will be different from the products you have ordered.

6. What are your terms of delivery?
Answer: From an order value of 99 euros, shipping is free. We offer two levels of transportation services. The more expensive one is delivered by DHL, which is faster. (6 to 14) days to arrival
7. When will the goods be shipped after purchase?
Answer: We promise to ship within seven days of purchase. Due to the new crown epidemic, our factory capacity has been severely affected and some products cannot be shipped on time. Please understand.
8. Can I return or exchange the product if I am not satisfied with the quality / size /?
